DHL Supply Chain announced its acquisition of a controlling interest in Brandpath Group Ltd. Brandpath specializes in cross-border logistics and tech solutions for eCommerce, serving brands like Google and ShipBob. The move is part of DHL's strategy to strengthen its global eCommerce logistics services. Brandpath’s customers now gain access to DHL's logistics network spanning 220 countries and territories, as well as advanced supply chain expertise.
Saul Resnick, CEO of DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland, highlighted the benefits for small and medium-sized businesses. “Brandpath’s customer-focused approach and DHL’s scale offer an unmatched fulfilment solution for global success,” Resnick stated. The partnership aims to provide eCommerce companies with tools to compete on the world stage, improving accessibility to advanced logistics services.
Brandpath, part of PJ Investment Group, will retain its current management team, including Chairman Peter Jones CBE.
