TikTok Shop launched the £1Million Club to help merchants hit £1M in revenue. Benefits include 0% commission, free storage, and dedicated promotion support. Made By Mitchell became the first UK brand to hit $1M in a day on TikTok Shop.
On July 8, 2024, TikTok Shop introduced the £1Million Club, aiming to help new merchants achieve £1M in revenue. The plan offers five main benefits: up to 90 days of 0% commission sales, free storage and fulfillment, seller support priority, and dedicated promotion. "We are committed to helping both big brands and small businesses supercharge sales outside of traditional channels," said Jan Wilk, Head of Operations, TikTok Shop UK.
New merchants will enjoy up to 90 days of 0% commission if they onboard from June 23 until September 30. Free Fulfillment by TikTok Shop will assist with storage and logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Sellers will get priority support and comprehensive after-sales services to ensure smooth operations. Training through TikTok Shop’s Seller Academy will also be provided to enhance market understanding and operational skills.
This initiative follows the success of British beauty brand Made By Mitchell, which hit $1M in sales in one day on TikTok Shop, driven by a 12-hour LIVE marathon. Major brands like Puma and ASOS have also seen significant gains on the platform. Puma saw a 737% increase in weekly revenue, and 57% of ASOS transactions came from new customers, highlighting TikTok Shop's potential to reach wide audiences.
The £1Million Club benefits include free storage and fulfillment by TikTok, seller experience and support, seller training, and targeted marketing. This initiative aims to help UK businesses grow by providing them with tools and resources to reach new audiences.
