Amazon Poland slashes FBA fulfillment fees by 50% starting August 12th, 2024. The move, with no expiry, aims to attract more sellers to its platform. The investment includes 11 fulfillment centers since the 2021 launch.
Starting August 12th, 2024, Amazon will reduce Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees by up to 50% in Poland. This change applies automatically to domestic FBA, Pan-European FBA, and Multi-Country Inventory (MCI) orders, excluding European Fulfillment Network orders. Amazon clarifies that this fee reduction is not a limited-time promotion and has no expiration date.
Since launching its Polish store in 2021, Amazon has expanded its operations significantly. The company has invested in 11 fulfillment centers across the country to support a growing customer base. This infrastructure enables faster delivery and efficient logistics, encouraging more businesses to sell on the platform.
Amazon claims sellers can see a 35% sales uplift when using FBA. This increase is attributed to features like 1- and 2-day Prime delivery, easy returns, and fast customer service in local languages. By storing products in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, businesses can save on warehouse and fulfillment costs while offering customers a premium shopping experience.
Sellers in the EU can now access Seller Central Poland, synchronizing their eligible product selection with their existing Seller Central account. This makes their products available to Polish customers automatically. Sellers can also adjust their selection and pricing to tailor their offerings for the Polish market, boosting their chances of success on Amazon Poland.
