From April 19-21, Shein's Liverpool pop-up will offer fashion, beauty, and exclusive first looks at Musera label. Catch Shein's growth from Manchester HQ to a potential London IPO.
As spring blossoms, Shein is set to dazzle Liverpool with its very first pop-up of 2024, located strategically at Liverpool ONE on South John Street. This temporary fashion haven, open from April 19th to 21st, will showcase their Spring/Summer line including partywear and swimwear, along with Sheglam beauty products. But that's not all—visitors can enjoy free fashion sketches, makeovers, and photo ops!
In a thrilling development, Shein will also introduce its new fashion label, Musera, at the pop-up. Musera, known for its trendy monthly drops, will be available for an in-person experience for the first time. This move highlights Shein's commitment to bringing fresh, on-trend styles directly to its fashion-forward fans.
Not just content with pop-ups, Shein has been significantly expanding its UK presence. Recently, they opened a new hub in Manchester, joining other fast-fashion giants. This strategic move not only brings Shein closer to the heart of the UK's fast fashion scene but also strengthens its operational capabilities in anticipation of future growth and a potential IPO in London—a move that could shake up the financial markets.
Last year, Shein reported a staggering £35 billion ($45 billion) in gross merchandise value, with profits soaring past £557 million ($700 million) in 2022 and hitting £880 million ($1.1 billion) in 2021. These figures not only dwarf previous records but also place Shein in a strong position relative to industry stalwarts like H&M and Inditex, which reported significant but lower profits.
