On June 24, 2024, Qoo10 launched 'Wish+', merging with Wish.com to create a unified global e-commerce platform. This integration rebrands Qoo10.com, previously limited to Asia-Pacific, with Wish.com’s global presence. Wish+, accessible with existing Wish.com credentials, offers exclusive features such as K-Avenue, WisFarm, and free shipping for U.S. deliveries. The collaboration combines Qoo10’s high-quality Asian merchants with Wish.com’s extensive North American and European market reach.
Wish.com has a significant user base in North America, primarily aged 25-50, who favor promotions and global products. The large Asian consumer base in the U.S. drives demand for high-quality Asian goods. Qoo10’s robust network, including its ownership of Shopclues in India and acquisitions of Korean e-commerce platforms, positions Wish+ as a key destination for Asian products and locally sourced goods in North America and Europe. Qoo10 expects Wish+ to attract both Asian and local consumers in these regions.
Qoo10 acquired Wish.com from ContextLogic Inc. in April, incorporating Wish.com’s platform and assets into its operations. The company launched Wish+ in the U.S. and Canada last month, featuring K-Avenue and improved quality standards for Wish.com’s inventory. By July, Wish+ will fully integrate with Wish.com, with plans to expand into select European regions by September. This strategic move aims to establish Wish+ as a premier destination for Asian and global products.
“Wish+ is a global digital commerce platform that facilitates multidirectional product exchange based on Qoo10’s Asian network and Wish’s global customer base,” stated a Qoo10 spokesperson. This initiative is set to enhance sales channels for local Asian brands, especially in the U.S. and Europe.
