On June 3, 2024, Newegg Commerce, Inc., a leader in e-commerce, announced the launch of SellingPilot, a new SaaS platform. SellingPilot helps sellers manage multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. "SellingPilot makes selling on marketplace platforms easier because it brings a wide array of useful resources together on a single platform," said Garry Gu, vice president of enterprise application platform for Newegg.
SellingPilot provides several advanced tools, including AI-powered product listings and big data analysis. Sellers can optimize their listings with accurate product descriptions and keywords. The platform offers comprehensive insights into product reviews and customer expectations. This helps sellers effectively manage inventory and sales across various marketplaces.
Influencer marketing is enhanced with email outreach and campaign creation tools for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The platform includes TikTok creator data and live video analysis. Additionally, SellingPilot features an AI customer service tool, streamlining responses to customer inquiries with auto-generated emails. This ensures prompt and courteous feedback to customers.
SellingPilot also offers a Chrome extension that provides added functionalities like AI-based customer service and TikTok creator invitations. The platform's price tracking feature gives sellers access to competitive pricing data, helping them refine their pricing strategies.
