Littlest Luxuries has relaunched after a merger with peer platform Little Fashion House. The business aims to be the leading marketplace for authenticated luxury childrenswear, addressing high clothing circulation and reducing waste. The marketplace had 600+ sellers on a waitlist before launch.
Littlest Luxuries, a popular kidswear resale marketplace, has relaunched after merging with Little Fashion House. Based in London, the company aims to be the leading platform for authenticated designer childrenswear for children aged 0-16. Founders Stephanie Affleck and Lucy Walford combine 10 years of experience in the children’s luxury consignment sector. Their goal is to extend the lifespan of high-quality kids' clothing and help parents sell outgrown items with ease.
With a growing demand from parents, Littlest Luxuries offers a peer-to-peer marketplace where parents can buy and sell authenticated clothing. They respond to customer feedback by providing fast payments—just seven days after a sale. Over 600 customers were already on a waitlist to start selling at launch. Alongside the regular resale option, Littlest Luxuries offers a VIP White Glove service, which handles every step of the process, from collection to shipping.
Children's clothing often outgrows its use, and much of it ends up in landfills. According to Hubbub, over 183 million pieces of children’s clothing are discarded each year. Littlest Luxuries is committed to reducing waste by giving parents an easy way to resell good-quality items. Research by Mintel shows that 91% of parents prefer to pass on or sell children’s clothing, which fuels demand for platforms like Littlest Luxuries.
The merger of Littlest Luxuries and Little Fashion House has positioned the platform for growth. As co-founder Lucy Walford said, “The sky's the limit with Littlest Luxuries.” The marketplace connects parents looking to buy and sell, creating a seamless digital experience. The founders are passionate about making a positive environmental impact while fulfilling a clear market need. With their combined expertise, they’re ready to reshape the children's resale market.
