Enterpret, an AI platform transforming customer feedback into insights, has raised $20.8M in Series A funding. Led by Canaan Partners, the round saw participation from Kleiner Perkins, Peak XV Partners, Wing Ventures, and Recall Capital. Notable angel investors, including leaders from Notion and Dropbox, also contributed. Founded in 2020 by Varun and Arnav Sharma, Enterpret uses AI and natural language processing to consolidate feedback, identify trends, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The funding will be used to scale Enterpret’s no-code AI agents, bridging gaps across product, marketing, and sales teams. The company’s mission is to centralize customer interactions as a key data set for businesses. Enterpret’s cutting-edge platform allows clients like Monday.com, Canva, and Hootsuite to unlock feedback insights, driving product growth and revenue.
Canaan Partners’ Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka joins the board, stating, "We believe the Qualtrics of the AI era has arrived." Harshjit Sethi of Peak XV praises Enterpret's founders, citing their complementary skills. The brothers’ leadership has been pivotal in developing AI models that consolidate large volumes of unstructured feedback into actionable insights.
Enterpret plans to enhance its platform and market presence with the new capital. Varun Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO, highlighted, “We’re building the operating system for customer centricity.” By leveraging advances in large language models, the company is poised to redefine customer feedback analysis in the post-LLM world.
