Amazon will include eligible seller-fulfilled products in its Subscribe & Save program from June 27, 2024. This program offers discounts on frequently used products with auto-delivery, boosting conversions and repeat purchases. Sellers can manage their discounts and opt-out options in their settings.
On June 27, 2024, Amazon's Subscribe & Save program will expand to include eligible seller-fulfilled products. This change aims to help sellers boost conversions, drive repeat purchases, and grow their brands by offering customers discounts and the convenience of auto-delivery.
Amazon will automatically enroll eligible, replenishable products at the default discount set in Subscribe & Save settings. If a default discount was previously set for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Subscribe & Save, it will apply to seller-fulfilled products starting June 27. If no discount is set, eligible products will be added at a 0% base discount.
Amazon will fund an extra 5% discount for customers with five or more subscriptions arriving on the same day. Sellers might see an increase in pending orders as deliveries align with subscribers' schedules. To set or update the default enrollment discount, sellers can navigate to the Growth section and select Explore programs.
Sellers can opt-out from automatic enrollment, update discount funding for each product, and review their performance dashboard. Detailed steps to manage settings include going to Growth, selecting Explore programs, clicking Increase conversion, and then learning more under Subscribe & Save. For eligibility information, sellers can visit the Subscribe & Save for sellers page.
