🛍️ True Fit Launches Fit Hub
True Fit, known for its AI-powered size-and-fit personalization, has introduced Fit Hub. This new tool uses generative AI to help online shoppers find clothes that fit better. Fit Hub consolidates size charts, descriptions, and customer reviews, reducing the average e-commerce return rate of 17.6%. Jessica Arredondo Murphy, True Fit's COO, said, "We simplify size and fit understanding for all types of shoppers."
🔍 How Fit Hub Works
Fit Hub leverages AI models like ChatGPT 4.0 and Gemini 1.5 Pro Vision to analyze size information. It combines data from 82 million shoppers and nearly 30,000 brands, including Macy’s and Lululemon. Users can create a True Fit account to personalize recommendations. The tool is currently in beta testing with a dozen brands and will be available to all True Fit partners next month.
🤖 Future Enhancements
True Fit plans to add filters to Fit Hub, such as "Shopper Insights" to show product preferences by age and height. Another feature, "Brand Sizing," will compare sizes across brands. A generative AI chatbot to help shoppers find specific products is also in development, currently limited to 1 million products.
📈 Expanding Access
True Fit recently partnered with Shopify to bring its size-and-fit solution to more businesses. Previously catering to large brands, this collaboration allows smaller merchants to access True Fit's technology. By processing data faster and in greater volumes, Fit Hub aims to provide a seamless shopping experience and reduce return rates.
