Items are returned in just seven days, ensuring minimal disruption for adventurers.
Perfect Moment co-founder Jane Gottschalk emphasized the brand's commitment to sustainability: “Extending the lifespan of our pieces aligns with our values and helps preserve cherished moments.” Customers can get repairs for items bought via their website or authorized sellers.
United Repair Centre’s CEO, Thami Schweichler, praised the collaboration, highlighting their people-focused approach. "We ensure high-quality moments last longer," he said. The service reinforces the brand's luxury image while promoting eco-conscious practices.
