Netflix and Just Eat UK have joined forces to celebrate the release of Squid Game 2. Starting December 26, fans can enjoy a Korean-inspired menu crafted to enhance their viewing experience. The menu, available exclusively through the Just Eat app, features reimagined classics delivered from over 90 locations. Andrew Cocker, Marketing Director at Just Eat, emphasized the collaboration’s authenticity, saying it aims to "level up the connection" fans have with the series.
The exclusive menu was designed to immerse viewers in the Squid Game universe. It includes bold flavors and dishes inspired by traditional Korean cuisine. Just Eat described the offerings as the "ultimate binge session" treats. The menu serves as the perfect pairing for the show’s suspenseful drama, offering fans a unique culinary experience right at home.
The partnership also introduces EliminATE, an interactive game on the Just Eat app. Using motion tracking and facial detection, players navigate a meal while avoiding detection by the iconic Young-hee doll. The thrilling game adds a layer of engagement, and one lucky winner could win $12.5K (£10K). The game aligns with the show’s theme, ensuring fans are part of the action.
Both Netflix and Just Eat have crafted this collaboration to ignite excitement for Squid Game 2, which is one of the most awaited releases of the year. By blending food, technology, and entertainment, this partnership underscores innovative ways brands connect with audiences. Fans can expect this campaign to add thrilling moments to their holiday season.
