Imagine a world where your local diner knows your name, your favorite dish, and even your birthday. Well, thanks to Choice, a SaaS platform for restaurants, that world is becoming a reality. With a fresh $2.5M in their apron pocket, bringing their total dough to $4.1M, they're serving up a tech feast to help restaurants across Europe get to know their customers like never before. J&T Ventures led this funding round, with sides of Reflex Capital and Presto Ventures.
Choice is the Swiss Army knife for restaurants. From a spicy website creator to a zesty CRM system, it integrates everything, including POS systems and food delivery giants like Uber Eats. Founded in 2020 by Alex Ilyash, it's designed to digitize 80% of a restaurant's customer base, collecting tasty tidbits like dining preferences and visit frequency. As Alex puts it, "99% of restaurants don’t know their customers." Choice is here to change that.
With over 16K restaurants worldwide and 5K paying clients, Choice is on a roll. In 2023 alone, they processed 2M orders worth $42M. Their secret sauce? Cooperation, not competition, with POS systems for a seamless front-to-back office integration. They're on a mission to lead the CEE region by 2024 and sprinkle their magic across Europe in the next three years, with a team of over 120 specialists.
Choice isn't just expanding its digital dining table within existing markets like Poland and the Czech Republic; they're setting places for four new guests in Central and Eastern Europe. With a monthly revenue of over $150K and a goal to triple that by the end of 2024, they're actively hiring to ensure that restaurants not only meet but exceed their customers' digital expectations.
