eBay DE has introduced a new feature allowing sellers to link their DHL business accounts for automated return labels. This service lets sellers use their own negotiated DHL rates, improving efficiency and the buyer experience.
eBay Germany (eBay DE) has unveiled a new feature that simplifies returns for sellers. The "Use your own rate" service allows sellers to connect their DHL business accounts directly to eBay. This integration enables automated creation of return labels using the seller's DHL rates, saving time and effort.
Sellers can set up this feature in a few simple steps. Log into your eBay seller account, navigate to the Return Settings, and select "Use your own tariff." Once your DHL business account is connected, eBay can automatically generate return labels, which include the order number as the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in both text and barcode format.
By using this service, sellers benefit from faster processing of return requests, reducing manual tasks. This improvement in efficiency enhances the overall buyer experience on eBay, as returns are handled more swiftly and smoothly. Sellers can also leverage their negotiated DHL shipping rates, potentially reducing costs.
eBay DE is encouraging all commercial sellers to adopt this feature to minimize the workload associated with returns. The company believes this new integration will significantly add value to businesses on the platform. Sellers are urged to set up the service as soon as possible and share their feedback on the experience.
